This policy explains what information WIL-Surge Electric collects through wilsurge.com, how we use it, and how to reach us about it. It covers this website only. If we change it, we'll post the new version here with an updated date.

Information We Collect

We only collect information you choose to send us through this site's forms:

• Contact form: your name, email address, the topic, and your message, plus your company and phone number if you provide them.
• Quote requests: your name, email address, and project details.
• Job applications: the position, your name, email address, phone number, experience, anything you tell us about yourself, and the resume you attach.

When you submit a form, we also record the IP address it was sent from, to help protect our forms from spam and abuse.

How We Use It

We use what you send to respond to you: routing your message to the right person, preparing estimates, and reviewing job applications. Submissions are stored in our company systems and delivered to the appropriate staff by email.

Project Data & Plans

Project details you send with a quote request, and any plans or specifications you email to our estimating team, are used only to scope and price your project. They are shared only with the WIL-Surge Electric staff working on your estimate.

Cookies

We don't set cookies or use advertising trackers or analytics to follow visitors. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and our contact page shows an embedded Google Map. Both connect your browser to Google's servers, which receive your IP address, and the map may let Google set its own cookies. Google's handling of that is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
