Projects

Commercial Electrical Projects Across Wisconsin.

A selection of recent work across the markets we serve.

Proof, poured in concrete and conduit. From a five-story museum doubling its exhibit space to a 310,000+ ft² municipal campus, WIL-Surge Electric self-performs the electrical, mechanical, and civil scopes behind Wisconsin's most demanding builds.

Every project below was built by in-house crews working across 17 trades. That is how we have delivered construction projects in Wisconsin since 1993. These project case studies span government, healthcare, education, public, and municipal work. Browse the markets we serve, or explore our commercial electrical and mechanical & HVAC services.

How We Deliver Every Project

  • Self-performed, start to finish

Our own crews perform the work on these projects, from underground utilities to final terminations, working out of our own fleet. Owners and general contractors get one schedule, one point of contact, and quality that stays ours to own.

  • Built around occupied buildings

Courthouses and county health centers don't close for construction. We phase electrical work around daily operations, as we're doing through the Waukesha County Courthouse renovation. The same care carries into healthcare work like the Coggs Center, built in partnership with J.P. Cullen.

  • Ready for public and private bids

From school districts to municipal public works, much of this work is publicly bid. WIL-Surge Electric holds Wisconsin electrical contractor license #1103087-EC, and prequalification documents, including licenses, bonding capacity, and insurance certificates, are available on request. One warranty covers the full installation.

  • Coordinated before crews arrive

In-house BIM specialists model the electrical scope of a project in 3D to catch clashes before they turn into change orders in the field. Crews then build from those models, so fewer surprises reach the job site.
